Avocado-Mint-Yoghurt Smoothie


Avocado-Mint-Yoghurt Smoothie

Recipe:

Ingredients:
Avocado: 2 ripe
Curd/Yoghurt: 350 grams
Fresh mint leaves: 150 grams thinly chopped/crushed 
Salt to taste.


Method:
Take the pulp of avocados mix it with Curd/Yoghurt then add salt.
